► Download a High-Quality legal copy of the track from my Bandcamp page at https://download.superiorjamtracks.com/

► Add a link back to my YouTube channel in your description.
Commercial Use - Non-Exclusive
For commercial use I only issue a Non-Exclusive Collaborative License Agreement. This is NOT a “Mechanical License”. This lease agreement allows the track ISRC identifier to be cleared for publishing use in a new song. First production credits must be established and written permission is documented before publication. It acknowledges that “Superior Jam Tracks” retains sole ownership and all copyright of the “Master Recording” the original published sound recording ISRC (backing track) in current form. Under no circumstance can the original master recording be sampled, re-distributed or altered in any way.
To make a Commercial purchase you must contact me direct simply go to Bandcamp https://download.superiorjamtracks.com/ and click the “Contact Superior Jam Tracks” form on the homepage to receive a custom quote. Simply include the SJT track numbers you wish to use and your Artist name or name used with your publisher.
Once an agreement has been made simply add the individual track(s) to your cart and enter the established amount. Very Important! At checkout, to complete the transaction make sure to add or email me the following information. It is crucial that I receive this information by you directly, as it will act as part of a legal lease agreement.
1.The SJT track number(s) to be used in your publication.
2.Your Artist Name, or name used with your publisher.
3.The name of the publishing/distribution company you will use.
This information is very important as many publishers will identify the original ISRC, and require verification for use. In most cases the distributor will contact my publisher for verification clearance directly from me as the “Primary Artist”. Having this information is vital to avoid any copyright issues and will expedite the verification process to avoid a delay in publication.
Once the payment has been made I will then send you a PDF document of our official agreement for keep your records.
Next Step. Before you distribute your song, at time of publication, it is crucially important to add "Superior Jam Tracks" as a primary artist. This will provide for a verified separate release from the original ISRC on the backing track. At this point it will become a new song in a collaboration. This is also a great way to cross promote our music as it will link the song to any Artist channels on already established platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, Amazon etc...
If you have any questions feel free to ask. You can contact me securely though my Bandcamp page at https://download.superiorjamtracks.com/

© Copyright and Licensing
Disclaimer. For legal commercial use one of my tracks, I have to issue a commercial license agreement. This is due to the fact they are already published works and the sound recordings are registered and filed. Under no circumstance can the original recordings (Master Recordings) of any track be used in any way on a new project intended to copyright. If the original sound recording is used that would be in direct violation of U.S Copyright law. Under any agreed commercial contract, I maintain sole copyright status on the master recordings of the original published track.
The non-exclusive commercial use of my track is intended for publishing or distribution without copyright as a collaborative agreement, so long as "Superior Jam Tracks" is added as a Primary Artist when submitting the “New Song” for publication. This is critically important as each track contains an ISRC code in the content identification system. These are digital fingerprints assigned to each track when any song is published online for distribution. In order to avoid a conflict when publishing and/or avoid a violation, this clears the track for re use with the publisher/distributor. This is easily accomplished by adding "Superior Jam Tracks" as a Primary Artist. It can also be beneficial as it is seen as a collaboration and the published songs would then be cross promoted on already established accounts such as Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, YouTube etc..
